Conveniently located next to Altona train station with easy access to local transportation. Clean and quiet rooms with excellent baggage storage. Helpful staff who speak good English. Inclusive travel pass provided. Great for exploring the city and accessing the airport.

This hotel is a hidden gem located right next to the train station of Altona. The rooms may be small, but they are well furnished with good facilities and adequate storage space for clothes. Even without a coffee machine, the value for money is excellent. The attention to detail is commendable, from the comfortable beds to the good blinds in the room. Additionally, the breakfast provided caters to all diets with a variety of German food included.
No improvements needed - everything was just fine!

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the train station, making it easy to access all forms of public transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the helpfulness of the staff were top-notch.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel located right next to the train station. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and the university. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities like a safe, TV with English programming, and accessible plug points. The staff were polite and efficient, and the daily breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of options. The view from the higher floors was also stunning, giving a glimpse of Hamburg's amusement parks and harbor docks.
That drink water was not provided in the room after the first day.

Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es eine schöne Lage hatte - gegenüber einem Park und in der Nähe des Zentrums. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und geräumig. Das Badezimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war köstlich, mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen. Wir konnten sogar frisch zubereitete Spiegeleier bestellen! Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, wir konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Wir hatten zwar keinen Elbblick, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt wunderbar und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
Das Parken war zu teuer, aber in der Nähe gab es günstigere Optionen.
